Cubana's food has won national acclaim and we have recently launched our latest extensive tapas menu combining classic Spanish style tapas dishes with South American flare and flavour.

We offer an interesting and varied tapas selection, our infamous famous fresh meatballs are always popular and the fillet of hake in sambuca sauce is also one of the house specialities. We are well known for our extensive vegetarian selection.

Behind the scenes we are very fortunate to have Chilean Head Chef Fabian Cruz who has headed up our kitchen since we opened over six years ago, quite a novelty these days within the catering industry. We believe this is a major factor as to why Cubana is held in such high regard for top quality and consistently tasty food here in Sheffield.

Fabian is very creative, often trying out potential new dishes as staff meals. In fact before finalising any new menu, we all get together, sample the new offerings and collectively decide on which dishes to include and which dishes to take off which is often the hardest decision. Much of Fabian's influence comes from his native Chile and he is the first to admit that he learnt just as much from sampling his mother's home cooking than from catering college here in Sheffield.
